Materials:

Beads: 5 Point Leaf Branch

  • 40 grams size 11/0 seed beads in transparent green
  • 25 grams size 11/0 seed beads in opaque light green (optional, for shading*)

Beads: 3 Point Leaf Branch

  • 60 grams size 11/0 seed beads in transparent green

Wire:

  • 26 gauge green copper core wire**
  • 30-32 gauge green copper core wire
  • 30-32 gauge green copper core wire
  • 1 piece 16 gauge florist stem wire

Other:

  • Green floral tape

Quantities are approximate. I recommend that you always purchase a little more than a pattern calls for, just in case.

* If you are not shading your leaves, you will need 65 total grams of transparent green.

** This pattern is best worked in 26 gauge wire. 24 gauge wire makes it harder to make sharp points along the inside corners on the leaves. If you want extra support in your leaves, try using 24 or 22 gauge for just the basic row, and attaching 26 gauge wire below for the working wire.
